School is out!

I am finished with school for the year! I was a very hot day. The kids had a hard time dealin with the end of school. Sometimes these special kids have a hard time with time itself. I'm sure their families will have the hard time tomorrow morning when they are used to getting up and going to school. But summer school startes for a few of them and they will do ok. Saterday I went back to school to help a teacher close out her room. Got some stuff for next year and I will work on stuff all summer. So do I really take a summer break? Kind of! I'm just glad I don't have to direct traffic in this 109 temperature. Looks like it might rain someplace in El Paso this evening. I can't wait to see grandkids!

We went to San Antonio and San Marcos for Vanessa's graduation and to visit with some of our kids and grandkids. We had so much fun.

Family

Where to begin. Bobby and I became a family on November 9th 1974. Seems like we have always been together. We love to be with our kids and their families. We went to San Antonio for our daughter-in-law's graduation from Texas State. (So Proud of you Vanessa) We stayed with Ruth, Quincy, Brylee and Kael. Glenn, Keppie, Charli and Nathan came from Mississippi. We enjoyed visiting with Jacob and Vanessa and her family.
